avid Moyes celebrated West Ham’s dramatic Europa Conference League final win by dancing to The Proclaimers in the dressing room after the game.

The 60-year-old won his first major trophy of a storied managerial career in the Czech capital of Prague after Jarrod Bowen scored a last-minute winner to beat Fiorentina.

Moyes hailed the moment as the best of his career and soaked in the moment on the pitch of the Eden Arena with his 87-year-old father.

Having hailed his squad as “remarkable” as the class of 2023 wrote themselves into the club’s folklore, the Scotsman joined in with the jubilant celebrations.

After dancing on the pitch, Moyes was captured on video dancing to ‘I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)’ by the Scottish band with a beer in his hand as his squad enjoyed the history-making moment with their manager.

Reflecting on his journey to making new history in east London, Moyes said: “If somebody had said three years ago when I took the job that you’d avoid relegation and finish in Europe and I’ve said you were mad. This competition has been great for us, the players have been remarkable.”
