anessa Feltz says she’s feeling nervous as she prepares to go on her first date in 17 years.

The This Morning agony aunt, 61, was left devastated at the beginning of the year after splitting with fiancé Ben Ofoedu.

Feltz and the Phats & Small singer, 50, had been an item for 16 years, however they decided to part ways after he admitted to cheating on her with multiple women.

The London-born star is now ready to get back on the dating scene and has signed up to E4 show Celebs Go Dating.

Taking to Instagram on Friday, Feltz uploaded a video from the back of a car and admitted she was on her way to a date.

“OMG going off on my first date for Celebs Go Dating, I haven’t been on a date for 17 years, so just imagine how I’m feeling I can’t even find the words to describe it and I’m good at words,” she told her 317k followers.

Adding: “So that’s where I’m going this morning, and I wish you all a very happy Friday!”

She captioned her post: “Off on my first date!!! Flipping heck!!! Nervous or what?”

Her celebrity friends rushed to lend her their support in the comments section.

“Just be fabulous you!” wrote Loose Women star Ruth Langsford.

“How exciting!” declared Denise Van Outen.

While both Leigh Francis and Alan Carr wished her “good luck”.
